How does it work?
Patterns, training data, probabilities. Once you know the principle, no demo can dazzle you.
What actually helps me?
Good prompts, clear tasks, sensible limits. AI as a tool, not an oracle.
Is that even true?
Cross-check sources, recognise hallucinations, notice bias. Plausible is not the same as true.
What am I giving away?
No sensitive data in other people's systems. Know what gets stored, and when it is better not to type anything.
A plausible sentence is not evidence. Check important claims against original sources, do not share confidential data and keep the decision with you.
