Responsible for content under Section 18(2) of the German Interstate Media Treaty: the partners of Bunkros Network GbR, address as above.

Point of contact under the Digital Services Act (Art. 11 and 12 DSA) for authorities and users: contact@reformrebell.de, in German or English.

Consumer dispute resolution: We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Privacy is not negotiable.

In short: No ad trackers, no analytics tools, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics. We only collect what is needed to run the site or what you send us yourself.

Controller

Bunkros Network GbR, address see imprint. Data protection requests to contact@reformrebell.de with the subject "Datenschutz" (privacy).

Hosting

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. on servers in Frankfurt am Main. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider. Each time a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier) in log files in order to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The host deletes the logs automatically after a short time.

Cookies

We set one technically necessary session cookie. It protects forms against misuse and expires when you close your browser. If you choose a language with the DE / EN switch, we remember that choice in the cookie "rr_lang" (valid for one year, contains only "de" or "en"). Both cookies are required for functions you have asked for (Section 25(2) TDDDG). No advertising or analytics cookies. We load fonts from our own server, not from Google.

Contact form and email

When you write to us, we store your details (name, email, message, and optionally phone or order number) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with and there is no legal obligation to retain it.

Newsletter

For the newsletter we store your email address, the time of sign-up and confirmation, and your IP address at the time of sign-up. We use double opt-in: you only receive mail after clicking the link in our confirmation email. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time, via the unsubscribe link in every email or informally to contact@reformrebell.de. We send via our host's mail server, without external newsletter services and without open or click tracking.

AI bias reports

We store reports submitted via the bias form in order to analyse patterns. They are only published or shared in anonymised form. The email address is optional and is used only for follow-up questions. A copy of your report also stays in your own browser's storage.

AI chat (Elfsight)

The AI chat is a widget from the provider Elfsight. It only loads when you open the chat page. When it does, your IP address and your input are transmitted to Elfsight and possibly to the AI service behind it, potentially including countries outside the EU. Do not enter sensitive data there. Details: Elfsight privacy policy. We translate the English version of this website ourselves; no data is sent to third parties for that.

Games and self-tests

All games run entirely in your browser. Answers are not sent to us. Some games remember settings or history in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time.

Music and newsfeed

Music is stored on our own server. The Newsfeed shows headlines from public RSS feeds. Only when you click an article do you leave our site, and the rules of that source then apply.

You are in control.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). An informal email to contact@reformrebell.de is enough. We reply within the statutory period of one month, usually much sooner.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59 to 61, 10555 Berlin, mailbox@datenschutz-berlin.de.

We use AI. In moderation.

  • Music: For our tracks, AI is a starting point, not the result. Every track is edited and rebuilt. We say so openly.
  • Writing: Stories and learning modules may be created with AI assistance. Only what a human has checked gets published, and the responsibility is ours. This includes the English translations.
  • Satire: Satirical stories are labelled as such. Where they refer to real events, a box at the end gives the facts and sources.
  • No automated decisions: We do not make automated decisions about people within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
  • Images: Images from the ReformRebell photo archive may be AI-generated or AI-edited. They do not show real events.

Privacy is not a luxury. It is a human right.

No room for hate.

On our channels we do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or incitement: no racism, antisemitism or anti-Muslim hatred, no queerphobia or transphobia, no sexism, ableism or classism, no doxxing and no threats.

Criticism is allowed, welcome and necessary. Hate is not. We remove violations, block repeat offenders and report criminal offences to the police.

Reporting: Via the contact form with "Confidential report", or by email. You do not have to give your real name. Notices of illegal content under Art. 16 DSA can be sent the same way.

Minimum age: Some content deals openly with sexuality and club culture and is aimed at adults.

What we are responsible for.

Content

We create our content carefully and check facts against sources. Mistakes can still creep in. If you spot one, tell us and we will correct it transparently. Learning modules, games and prompts do not replace legal, medical or psychological advice.

Links

We link to external sites whose content we do not control. At the time of linking, no legal violations were apparent. If we become aware of any, we remove the link.

Copyright

ReformRebell texts, music and design are protected by copyright. Sharing with credit is welcome. For commercial use, please ask first.
